The Wet End Maintenance Supervisor 2 oversees and coordinates the maintenance activities for the wet end production processes to ensure optimal equipment performance compliance with safety regulations and minimal downtime. This position plays a critical role in managing a team of technicians and ensuring preventative and corrective maintenance plans are executed efficiently.This role will direct and coordinate the maintenance of the plants process maintenance to ensure maximum operating efficiency in a safe cost effective and timely manner. It is the responsibility of this job to maintain the plant process equipment to ensure the equipment is kept in top condition at all times for the best operating performance. This job is accountable for maintaining the plant in a clean organized and presentable manner. This job is accountable for maintaining and upgrading all equipment in his/her accountability area specifically processing equipment with minimal downtime.
3 years related experience and/or training
Potato processing experience. Hydraulics pneumatics welding sheet metal work millwright trade and basic electrical knowledge. Mechanical aptitude strong mathematical verbal and written communication skills.
