Job Description
Weber Shandwick seeks an experienced VP of Client Operations & Integrated Project Management to join our West Project Management team.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as strategic operations lead across major consumer tech and healthcare accounts demonstrating autonomy and strong decisionmaking skills.
- Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with internal account leaders procurement and operations teams across regions.
- Champion consistency in operational and project management practices driving agency and clientside efficiencies facilitating effective team integration and establishing robust operational systems.
- Collaborate with diverse internal and client stakeholder teams to establish efficient and effective ways of working.
- Proactively mitigate and creatively resolve emerging issues and risks sharing insights and opportunities for improvement with the extended project management team.
- Mentor and guide a team of project managers continuously evaluating talent resource needs and assignments optimizing the operational and project management infrastructure to support business growth.
- Partner with the client finance team to continuously assess the financial health of the portfolio reporting to leadership and ensuring adherence to financial guidelines including consistent scoping practices.
- Design and implement processes templates tools and guidelines to optimize and elevate account/portfolio operations.
- Possess a comprehensive understanding of the production processes behind digital social content media and public relations campaigns.
Requirements:
- 10 years of Project Management or Client/Portfolio Operations Experience.
- Strong financial management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong experience with scoping development of budgets and schedules for complex programs with multiple workstreams.

California/Washington Salary range: $130000 $165000
Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on among other factors actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position; market considerations; budgetary considerations; tenure and standing with the company (applicable to current employees); as well as the employees/applicants background pertinent experience and qualifications.
