Resideo is hiring a Territory Sales Manager who will be tasked with increasing market share uncovering new opportunities and driving the kind of sales that result in longterm customer relationships.The ideal candidate will be located in Greater Orlando/Central Florida to fulfill the requirements of the role.

JOB DUTIES:

  • Increase Market Share by performing sales efforts to convert potential customers to Resideo customers
  • Strengthen current customer relationships by supporting customer service efforts conducting followup calls educating customers about new product lines and keeping abreast of new developments in the industry
  • Proactively drive market intelligence gathering uncover growth opportunities and deliver sales wins
  • Ensure positive relationships within the Resideo organization to encourage team sales and create priority service for customers
  • Implement various customer trainings in order to drive sales growth in assigned territory

YOU MUST HAVE:

  • 2 years of sales experience in industries such as inhome comfort HVAC plumbing security fire/life safety Smart Home/IoT and/or low voltage
  • Proven successful trackrecord of managing and selling in a distribution model
  • A valid Drivers License and a driving record in clean standing
  • Ability to travel per business needs
