We are searching for an Office administrator who is friendly & organized.
You would manage information and make sure it flows into our systems properly. Some examples of tasks are:
- Support sales & operations with project coordination
- Enter purchase orders to vendors
- Enter bills/payments into our accounting software
- Support operations with scheduling tasks
- Maintain job costing
- Greet visitors / coordinate vendor visits
- Receive deliveries
There are also seasonal & project based tasks that you would manage.
Work to be complete in our Anaheim office.
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English & Spanish)
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
