Job Brief:
We are seeking a highly analytical and detailoriented HR Analyst Intern to join our team at Wahed. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate who wants to gain handson experience in HR technology workforce analytics and datadriven decisionmaking. You will play a key role in streamlining our HRIS processes ensuring data accuracy and developing robust reporting mechanisms to support our fastpaced missiondriven organization.

Job Description:


    • HR Reporting & Analytics:
    • Dashboard Management: Develop maintain and enhance HR reporting dashboards to guide datadriven decisionmaking.
    • Data Consolidation: Gather and compile HR data across various sourcessuch as hiring employee engagement performanceand prepare reports for leadership.
    • AdHoc Analyses: Respond to requests for headcount turnover or other HR metrics delivering clear actionable insights.
    • Project Support: Participate in processimprovement initiatives that bolster HR reporting and analytics leveraging cuttingedge tools and methods.
    • System Enhancements: Collaborate on process improvements and system updates to optimize data collection and storage.
    • AdHoc Projects: Support additional HR tasks and administrative duties to meet evolving business needs.

Job Specification:

    • Recent Graduate in Human Resources Data Analytics Business or a related field (or in final semester of studies).
    • Technical Aptitude: Comfortable working with spreadsheets databases and HRIS platforms to manipulate and interpret data.
    • Analytical Mindset: Strong problemsolving skills and an ability to translate raw data into insightful visually compelling reports.
    • Attention to Detail: Meticulous about data accuracy and quality; able to spot inconsistencies and address them promptly.
    • Effective Communicator: Able to present findings to stakeholders at all levels clearly and concisely.
    • Team Player: Eager to learn adaptable and excited to collaborate within a fastpaced dynamic environment.
