Job Description
Responsibilities:
Lead the technical aspects of the NOC operations.
Provide expertise in troubleshooting and resolving complex issues related to solar and wind energy monitoring systems.
Mentor and train junior engineers.
Collaborate with the manager to design and implement system improvements.
Monitor network performance and recommend optimizations.
Develop and maintain documentation for processes and procedures.
Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends.
Participate in oncall rotations for afterhours support.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in EC Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Extensive experience in NOC operations and monitoring of renewable energy assets.
Indepth knowledge of solar and wind energy systems.
Proficiency in relevant programming languages and scripting for automation.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Effective leadership and mentoring abilities.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
