About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance and Accounts Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the financial operations of the company including accounts receivable and payable finalization of accounts and monthly reporting. The candidate will also be responsible for managing a team liaising with auditors and banks and identifying opportunities for process enhancements.
Responsibilities:
Manage accounts receivable and payable
Finalize accounts and prepare monthly reports for management review
Lead and manage a team to ensure productivity and efficiency
Liaise with auditors and banks as required
Identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement changes
Work under stringent deadlines and meet targets
Requirements:
Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
Minimum 3 years of experience in accounts receivable accounts payable and finalization of accounts
Prior experience in treasury management is desirable
Excellent reporting and presentation skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
