PositionOverview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IBM BPM Architect tolead and design innovative process automation solutions. The ideal candidatewill have a strong background in IBM BPM Java and Spring Boot with theability to architect develop and implement scalable business processmanagement applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Solution Design and Architecture:
- Architect endtoend business process management solutions using IBM BPM.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze requirements and translate them into effective BPM workflows.
- Develop scalable and efficient application designs integrating IBM BPM with enterprise systems.
- Development and Implementation:
- Lead the development of IBM BPM workflows services and UIs.
- Write and maintain highquality Java and Spring Boot code to support backend services.
- Ensure seamless integration of BPM solutions with other enterprise systems.
- Technical Leadership:
- Provide technical direction to development teams.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices coding standards and architectural guidelines.
- Mentor team members on IBM BPM and related technologies.
- Performance Optimization:
- Monitor and optimize BPM workflows for performance scalability and reliability.
- Identify and resolve system bottlenecks ensuring high availability of BPM solutions.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Partner with crossfunctional teams including business analysts product managers and QA teams.
- Effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
RequiredSkills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an IBM BPM Architect with a strong understanding of BPM concepts tools and methodologies.
- Proficiency in Java and Spring Boot frameworks for backend development.
- Expertise in designing and developing BPM workflows UIs and service integrations.
- Handson experience in integrating BPM with APIs databases and thirdparty systems.
- Strong understanding of SOA and microservices architecture.
- Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
EducationalQualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
