Job Overview

Join QUKADS PRIVATE LIMITED as a TeleCaller in a dynamic fulltime remote position based in Hyderabad. This role is perfect for freshers who are energetic and passionate about creating meaningful connections with potential customers. The ideal candidate will have up to 1 year of work experience and be responsible for executing successful telemarketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and profitability.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Excellent communication skills (Mandatory skill) to effectively convey information and engage the listeners attention during calls ensuring clarity and persuasiveness.
  • Active listening (Mandatory skill) to accurately understand customer concerns and tailor responses accordingly facilitating stronger customer relationships.
  • Time management (Mandatory skill) to efficiently prioritize tasks and manage conversations optimizing productivity over a scheduled workday.
  • Persuasion to skillfully motivate customers towards making a favorable decision enhancing their confidence in the companys offerings.
  • Customer service for delivering exceptional support aiming to fulfill and often exceed customer expectations on every interaction.
  • Problemsolving to effectively address and resolve customer objections or issues on the spot ensuring a smooth interaction flow.
  • Empathy to genuinely relate to customer sentiments fostering trust and understanding throughout conversation exchanges.
  • Resilience to maintain professionalism and patience especially when faced with rejection or challenging interactions ensuring continued performance success.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Handle outbound calls to prospective clients presenting them with detailed information about the companys products and services.
  • Engage with potential customers by delivering compelling sales arguments tailored to their specific needs and interests.
  • Maintain updated and accurate customer information in the database adhering to data protection and confidentiality standards.
  • Identify new sales opportunities through lead followup and outbound cold calls maximizing daily and weekly targets.
  • Receive inbound calls from potential clients addressing their inquiries and redirecting them to the appropriate departments as necessary.
  • Effectively manage customer concerns escalating unresolved issues to the relevant departments or personnel for further assistance.
  • Contribute to team efforts by achieving set targets and by actively engaging in team strategy discussions.
  • Provide feedback on market trends from client conversations contributing valuable insights to refine marketing strategies and tools.
