Aramark UK are currently recruiting a Catering Assistant / Kitchen Porter to join our team working at Hartpury University Gloucester GL19 3BE
You will be working as part of a fantastic team serving customers and providing excellent customer service throughout. You will be required to perform basic food preparation and perform general cleaning tasks both back and front of house.

- This is a full time position 37.5 hours per week working 5 days over 7 including some weekend work. Shifts range between 7.30am 3.30pm / 12pm 8.30pm and will be a mix of both shift patterns. The hourly rate is 11.44.

A day in the life of a Catering Assistant/Kitchen Porter:
- Basic food preparation including sandwiches grab and go items basic hot food if required.
- General kitchen duties including pot wash preparing food assisting the kitchen team when required
- Serving students and operating the till ensuring you are providing excellent customer service at all times.
- Stocking up and putting away deliveries
- General cleaning back and front of house making sure the unit is clean and tidy before during and after service.
Youll be set up for success if you have:
- Must be able to pass full security vetting and DBS checks
- Previous catering experience is desirable however full training will be given on site.
