Job Description
Position Overview
Warranty Services Representatives work in a call centre environment responding to calls from consumers regarding roofing warranties
Accountabilities
- Respond to all consumer inquires in a prompt and professional manner
- Process all documents within the companys standard Service Levels
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries received via phone and email
- Process claims within the companys claims management system
- Ensure all claims documents and call notes are entered and maintained
- Prepare claim files for management review and provide responses as directed
- Develop working knowledge of products and associated warranties
Qualifications
- Some experience in a high volume fast paced call centre enviroment
- Excellent communication skills in both English and French
- Dispute resolution skills
