Your work environment at EXP

The EXP Chicago office is looking for a detailed oriented Administrative Coordinator to support exciting projects in the Building & Infrastructure industry nationwide!

What a day at EXP has in store for you

  • Perform administrative and general office support activities for multiple project managers architects/engineers and sector leaders.
  • Preparation of various written project materials including business communications reports meeting minutes and technical specifications.
  • Process/Track RFIs and Shop Drawing Submittals.
  • Assist with overflow from other coordinators.
  • Backup receptionist.

What your experience looks like

  • 57 years of relevant administrative experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Outlook Word and Excel.
  • SharePoint website experience a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
  • Ability to work well independently with minimal supervision and with a variety of levels of individuals both inside and outside the firm.
  • Must possess the skills to independently handle established and multiple priorities at once while possessing good time management skills and the ability to balance shortterm deadlines against longterm goals.
  • Attention to detail and problemsolving skills.
  • Possess an understanding of and working knowledge of the Design and Construction industry.

The salary range for this role is $62000 to $66000. Actual compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidates skill set experience certifications and geographic location. Compensation may vary by location due to differences in the cost of labor.
