Qualifications
Must have strong interpersonal and organizational skills. Experience in dialysis and LICSW preferred but LCSW with relevant experience will be considered.
MSW degree from an accredited program. Current Massachusetts License (LCSW/LICSW).

Responsibilities
We are seeking a dynamic individual with excellent clinical collaborative and consultation skills to join the Social Service Department with responsibility for Hemodialysis and CAPD patient care.
