What the Role Is

At Super Star Car Wash we are committed to delivering products and services into customers hands as seamlessly as possible. Were seeking a skilled and experienced Director of Supply Chain to oversee purchasing sourcing logistics and distribution across a multistate footprint.

This role requires a strong problemsolving mindset rigorous attention to detail and an innovative approach to supply chain management. The ideal candidate will excel at building positive relationships with suppliers and distributors while driving operational efficiency and fostering growthfriendly practices.

What Youll Be Doing

These responsibilities must be able to be performed with or without reasonable accommodation)

• Lead the strategic planning and of purchasing sourcing and distribution functions.
• Develop and standardize procurement and sourcing policies and procedures across all locations.
• Identify and implement process improvements and efficiencies to drive improved margins.
• Ensure seamless supply chain operations across multiple states complying with local regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to forecast supply needs and develop inventory strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors.
• Oversee vendor negotiations contracts and relationships to secure competitive pricing and quality products.
• Evaluate supply chain risks and establish best practices to mitigate them.
• Supervise mentor and develop a team of four direct reports.
• Partner with crossfunctional teams including Operations IT HR and Finance to align supply chain strategies with organizational goals.
• Ensure compliance with industry best practices and company policies.

What Were Looking For

• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management Business Administration or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
• 7 years of experience in supply chain management with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Retail industry experience is required.
• Strong knowledge of procurement sourcing and distribution practices with experience in creating and standardizing processes.
• Demonstrated success in managing supply chain operations across multiple states.
• Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
• Effective leadership and communication skills with experience managing small teams
