About the Role
The Risk and Fraud Associate will analyze accounts that are brought to the relevant Risk Alerts and Fraud Reports to perform fraud and risk investigations into deposits cashouts game play and to take any relevant actions with these players accounts.
The Risk and Fraud Associate will also correspond with members by email with a view to verifying documents dealing with negotiations legal threats and settlement of members accounts.
***Availability to work Evening & Overnight shifts is required***
Responsibilities
- Investigate accounts raised by ongoing Risk procedures for example from the Risk Alerts and Fraud Reports
- Perform detailed risk analysis of all aspects of a players account
- Deliver total quality service and to resolve customers complaints/issues in relation to risk matters
- Ensure all emails are responded to in a timely manner
- Review identity documents
- Ensure all withdrawals are processed accurately as requested by the player on a daily basis
- Deal with the various Risk Alerts
- Analysis of daily Risk Management reports
- Additional tasks and projects as required by the Team Leader Supervisor or Manager
Essential Functions
- Must be able to stand or sit and operate computers and other technological devices for extended periods of time
Shift Scheduling
- Evening shifts for Nevadabased Risk & Fraud Associates will be from 2:00pm 11:00pm PT
- Ability to work on various shifts schedules and holidays as needed.
- Experience working in ecommerce customer service or asset protection
- Degree or equivalent experience
- Articulate with excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Great problemsolving and investigative skills
- Good reasoning and analytical approach to work
- Detail orientated
- Hard dedicated worker who can multitask
- Organizational approach to the daily workload
- Computer literate in Office Suite & able to use in house applications
- Knowledge of Casino/Poker/Sports and of ecommerce related fraudulent dangers

Licensing Requirements:
As a online gaming company BetMGM is required to comply with state gaming regulations which includes licensing obligations. Applicable employees must be licensed by at least one jurisdictional agency although certain positions require licensing by multiple agencies. Failure to become licensed or maintain licensure with each agency as required for the role may result in termination of employment. Please note that the licensing process includes comprehensive background checks which may include a review of criminal records financial history and personal background verification.
Gaming Compliance
Candidate must comply with and support the companys responsible gambling policies procedures and initiatives.

Applicable salary ranges may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other jobrelated factors permitted by law. The position is also eligible for an annual bonus.
