Youll be working on Wizz a social app specifically designed for teens boasting over 3 million monthly active users in the US and UK. Wizz is a friendfinding and chat app where young people can safely express themselves and connect with likeminded peers in an authentic pressurefree environment. Unlike other social media platforms that focus on followers posts or passive consumption Wizz offers young people a space to have meaningful 1:1 conversations with peers.
As a member of a highperforming team of 20 youll collaborate to further scale and enhance Wizz fostering a spirit of goodwill and creativity. As Wizz continues its dynamic growth and development we are seeking an ambitious Senior Data Analyst to join us.
Role
Conduct thorough analyses of pre and post product changes defining KPIs and prioritizing initiatives based on expected impact.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams on AB testing analyzing results and improving testing frameworks for enhanced product evaluation.
Manage data workflows efficiently using tools like DAG and dbt while developing and maintaining dynamic dashboards for clear visualization of key metrics.
Align performance metrics with strategic goals to define quarterly objectives ensuring decisions are datadriven and wellinformed.
Profile
You are fluent in French & English
You thrive in a fastpaced environment and are able to balance the tradeoff between timeconsuming development and rapid results
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Statistics Mathematics Economics or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
At least 5 years of proven experience in product analytics AB testing and datadriven decisionmaking; experience doing product analytics for consumer apps is a plus
Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and manipulation; experience with scripting languages such as Python or R is a plus.
Strong familiarity with data processing tools such as DAG and dbt as well as dashboarding tools like Tableau and Looker.
Bonus point if you are familiar with a product analysis tool (Mixpanel Amplitude)
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data insights into actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
Strategic mindset with the ability to align data analyses with broader business objectives and drive impact through strategic initiatives.
