This is a fulltime junior position based in Ernakulam requiring 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience. Roles and Responsibilities

- Conduct regular audits and inspections to assess adherence to regulatory and organizational standards.
- Analyze data and feedback to identify trends and areas for service enhancement.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to drive process improvement initiatives.
- Prepare detailed reports on quality assurance findings and create action plans for improvements.
- Ensure clear communication of quality standards to all stakeholders and provide training where necessary.
