You will be responsible for the daytoday running of the shifts when the Head Chef is not present producing up to 1000 meals at a time. You will be well organised and be able to work well under pressure.

To be eligible for this role due to the sector requirements:you must have been a UK for the past 3 years and have legal right to work in the UK and be able to pass full security vetting and DBS checks.
This is a fulltime position 37.5 hours per week 5 days over 7 alternate weekends off). Shifts range between 6:00 and 20:00 leaving your evenings free a rarity when you work within culinary/hospitality.
Annual salary 29115.32.

You will be running shifts and guiding your team when the Head Chef is not present producing up to 1000 meals at a time so organisation and the ability to thrive under pressure is required!
You will be organising and supporting your team to ensure a smooth operation daily allocating tasks so that your team and time are fully utilised.
You will be producing food in line with recipe sheets and have full knowledge of all menu items served including allergen information.
Management of production and food levels to ensure minimal wastage. You will also be placing orders and keeping records of any stock wastage alongside receiving deliveries and ensuring they are stored correctly and the FIFO method is followed.
Carrying out deep cleans daily / weekly alongside your team ensuring all staff are fully trained on their sections and have undertaken any relevant training as required.
Relevant culinary qualification 706/1 or 706/2 or equivalent) and demonstrable onthejob experience as either a Sous Chef or a Senior Chef de Partie.

You must be eligible to work in the UK and have resided incountry for more than 3 years. Security checks are required for this role.
