Job Summary:
We are looking for a Senior Recruitment Specialist withexpertise in technical hiring to join our Talent Acquisition team. This roleinvolves endtoend recruitment for technical positions ensuring a seamlesscandidate experience and a robust talent pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Hiring:Lead fullcycle recruitment for technical roles including software developers and engineers.
- Sourcing:Use various methods to attract top technical talent through platforms professional networks and referrals.
- Collaboration:Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and align on candidate profiles.
- Interviewingand Assessment: Conduct thorough technical and behavioral interviews toassess candidate competencies cultural fit and alignment with company values.
- Candidate Experience:Ensure positive interactions throughout the recruitment process maintaining clear and timely communication.
- Metrics & Reporting:Track recruitment metrics for continual improvement and optimization.
Qualifications
- Education:Bachelors in HR Business or related field.
- Experience:
- 5 years in technical recruitment.
- Experience recruiting for roles in software development cloud technologies and IT infrastructure.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of technical roles and excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency with ATS and recruitment analytics.
