Experienced Employee Data Management Specialist

Company:

The Employee Data Governance organization is currently seeking an Experienced Employee Data Management Specialist to join our team! This position can be based in Renton WA; Auburn WA; Hazelwood MO; Berkeley MO; Tukwila WA or Mesa AZ.

The selected candidate will be responsible for the daily processing of leave of absence transactions or related work across multiple HRIS systems including Workday PeopleSoft etc.

Position Responsibilities:

• Provides business process and HR system subject matter expertise to business partners and work group.
• Coordinates small scale projects with customers and business partners to resolve issues.
• Evaluates widerange of complex requests for various HR user access and takes appropriate action.
• Assists team members in fact finding for internal/external HR audits.
• Maintains process documentation on HR systems application processes.
• Performs analysis on HR system applications to resolve data discrepancies ensuring that business processes are being followed.
• Performs system testing to ensure system functionality and data integrity.
• Coordinates requests with business partners to perform large volume transactions referring to established practice and policies.
• Creates HR system error queries to audit transaction activity for errors using established work procedures.

BasicQualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• 3 years of experience with Workday
• 3 years of experience with the ServiceNow platform
• 3 years of experience providing guidance regarding HR policies procedures processes and services

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• 1 years of experience with the Workday HR Management System
• 3 years of experience leading and managing projects
• 3 years of experience with PeopleSoft
