MidLevel Talent Acquisition Specialist (Resource Augmentation)

Role Overview
TechnicaX is looking for a highly motivated and resultsoriented MidLevel Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive our staff augmentation hiring efforts. In this role you will recruit exceptional talent across a broad range of technologies including Java Cloud platforms Microsoft Dynamics 365 Scrum Masters and Cybersecurity professionals. You will work independently with excellent communication skills and align your schedule with US business hours to collaborate effectively with our US clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the endtoend recruitment lifecycle for staff augmentation roles supporting diverse technology projects at TechnicaX.
- Source engage and build a strong talent pipeline across key areas such as Java development Cloud solutions (Azure AWS) Microsoft Dynamics 365 Agile Scrum roles and Cybersecurity experts.
- Collaborate closely with project managers and clients to understand technical requirements and deliver timely hiring solutions.
- Conduct detailed candidate screening coordinate interviews and manage offer negotiation to secure high quality candidates.
- Maintain recruitment data integrity and generate regular reports to track progress and optimize hiring strategies.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor hiring activities to continuously refine sourcing methods.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal employment standards throughout the recruitment process.
Required Skills and amp; Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources IT Business Administration or a related field.
- 24 years of experience in IT recruitment or staff augmentation with a focus on technologies such as Java Cloud Microsoft Dynamics 365 Agile Scrum and Cybersecurity roles.
- Outstanding communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with candidates and stakeholders.
- Proven capability to work independently and manage multiple priorities efficiently under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience sourcing for technical roles including Java developers Cloud engineers (Azure/AWS) Microsoft Dynamics professionals Scrum Masters and Cybersecurity specialists.
- Knowledge of vendor management and client facing recruitment processes.
- Understanding of employment laws relevant to US staffing environments.
