Job Description
Wage: $15 per hour with an incentive option
This position is fulltime.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently
- Assist customers with account setup and service activation or changes
- Identify customer needs to provide clear accurate and effective solutions
- Research account and billing issues to resolve problems and answer customer questions
- Upsell products and services to customers based on their needs
- Maintain an accurate record of customer interactions
- Assist with basic troubleshooting
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask stay organized and manage time effectively in a fastpaced environment
- Strong problemsolving skills and a customerfirst mindset
- Comfortable working in a team environment with basic technical concepts or troubleshooting
- High school diploma or equivalent
Additional Preferred Skills:
- Experience in the broadband or telecom industry
- Interest in technology networking or IT
- Desire to grow within a technical or operations role
