DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly efficiently and within agreed timeframes.
- Develop and maintain a solid understanding of company products and services.
- Handle customer correspondence professionally and in accordance with company guidelines.
- Accurately record all customer interactions following established procedures.
- Maintain and update administrative records and documentation as required.
- Reference product resources or manuals to guide customers toward suitable solutions.
- Provide customer support across different regions and languages ensuring clear and effective communication in English when necessary.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native / fluent in Dutch (C1) both verbal and written. Good command in English (minimum B2 level).
- High school diploma or an equivalent.
- Excellent customer service and relationship building skills.
- High motivation and enthusiastic approach selforganized.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced organization.
- Good numerical and reasoning skills.
