Your Family. Your Home. The Planet. Resideo is committed to Protecting What Matters Most. As the newest addition to our Inside Sales Team you will play a key role in driving sales for specific customer accounts in your assigned region.

Resideo is looking for an Inside Sales Associate II who will be responsible for achieving increased sales targets from existing accounts and customers aligned with business initiatives along with increasing sales by recommending new product offerings to existing customers. You will also be responsible for increasing the customer base and influencing crossfunctional teams to eliminate barriers to sales success.Furthermore you will drive new customer leads to outside sales and be the liaison with multiple factions to help prevent and resolve customer problems. You will analyze sales statistics and business needs to provide recommendations to customers and stakeholders.

JOB DUTIES:

  • Active outbound calling campaigns with occasional cold calling
  • Inbound Sales/Product Support
  • Strategic Account management within assigned region
  • Administrate sales cycle
  • Deliver Value Proposition to customers
  • Manage sales cycle momentum
  • Deliver communications to customers
  • Administrative tasks as needed

YOU MUST HAVE:

  • 1 year(s) of sales experience and experience interfacing with customers
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to influence at varying levels across organizations
  • Demonstrated ability to operate independently
  • Demonstrated ability to attain sales quotas/targets
