Job Description
ATTENTION: This position requires graduation as a Doctor of Physical Therapy (or equivalent standing) and a state license as a Physical Therapist.
Now Hiring: Physical Therapist Fulltime Outpatient Orthopedics Mosinee WI 54455
Position Overview:
Bone & Joint is expanding and is now seeking multiple fulltime Physical Therapists to join its dynamic team in Mosinee WI focused on Outpatient Orthopedics. This role offers a $10000 signon bonus for fulltime hires and provides an exceptional work environment where patient care is the primary focus.
Position Highlights:
- Location: Bone & Joint 1021 Western Ave Suite B Mosinee WI 54455
- Schedule: Fulltime Monday to Friday 7am6pm (variable hours); no weekends or holidays.
- Signon Bonus: $10000 for fulltime hire.
- Patient Focus: The caseload is primarily general orthopedics with about 50 postop care. PTs treat all age groups and collaborate closely with physicians to ensure topnotch patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1on1 physical therapy treatment with no passing of patients to an aide or doublebooking.
- Treat around 53 patients per week with 45minute sessions for evaluations and treatments.
- Collaborate regularly with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive patient care.

This fulltime role offers an excellent work/life balance with no weekend or holiday shifts. Enjoy flexible hours during the clinics operation times.
Job Requirements:
- Education: Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent standing.
- Licensure: Eligible for Wisconsin state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- Experience: New graduates are welcome to apply. Prior experience is not required.
- Availability: Fulltime is preferred but candidates with 32 hours of availability will also be considered.
