For more information please visit ourMDHHS Diversity Equity and Inclusion Plan.The Clinical Social Worker Manager functions as a member of a multidisciplinary treatment team providing a range of professional treatment services to youth within the Residential Facility. This position provides oversight of the work of lowerlevel clinicians providing a distribution of work review of work guidance and assistance. They are responsible for all aspects of the mental health evaluation referral to the appropriate mental health level of care and treatment of the youth monitoring their progress and ensuring continuity of care is not jeopardized. The Clinical Social Work Manager provides a full range of psychosocial assessments and evaluations interventions consultations with all youth entering the facility. They assist with placement and obtaining services when the youth return to placement within the community.

Required Education and Experience
Education
Possession of a masters degree in social work.
Experience
Four years of professional experience equivalent to a Clinical Social Worker including two years equivalent to a Clinical Social Worker P11 or one year equivalent to a Clinical Social Worker 12.

Position Location: Michigan Youth Treatment Center (MYTC) 400 N. Rose Street. Mt. Clemens MI.Employees will be provided computers to perform state work. Phones may also be provided for necessary communications. If working remotely employees will be responsible for providing other components of a remote office at their own expense including:
- A secure work location that allows privacy and prevents distractions.
- A highspeed internet connection of at least 25 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload.
- Suitable lighting furniture and utilities.
