Job Description

Summary:

Clio is transforming how lawyers manage their practice and were seeking a Senior Marketing Events Manager to join our Marketing team. This role can be performed from one of our Canadian offices (Burnaby Calgary or Toronto) remotely across Canada or a combination of both.

As a Senior Marketing Events Manager you will create and lead the of the plan to drive registrations attendees and achieve ticket revenue targets for the ClioCon the best conference in legal. Youll work as part of the ClioCon core team to contribute to the conferences vision and our attendees experience. You will work closely with the Marketing team and internal customerfacing teams to map out and execute the plan to hit our registration numbers and ticket revenue targets.

Our dynamic team is datadriven and resultsfocused on meaningful engagement with the legal community our customers and our prospects to support our business goals. The Strategic Engagement team has a diverse portfolio: managing bar partnerships live events monthly meetups Clios CLE webinars and marketing ClioCon.

Compensation is one of the main components of Clios Total Rewards Program. We have developed a series of programs and processes to ensure we are creating fair and competitive pay practices that form the foundation of our human and highperforming culture.

Some highlights of our Total Rewards program include:

The full salary range* for this role is $101000 to $118800 to $136600 CAD.Please note salary bands may differ based on location and local currency. Additionally benefit offerings may differ depending on the employees location.

*We aim to hire all candidates between the minimum and the midpoint of the full salary range. We reserve the midpoint to the maximum of the salary band for internal employees who demonstrate sustained high performance and impact at Clio. The final offer amount for this role will be dependent on individual experience and skillset of the candidate. Please note there are a separate set of salary bands for other regions based on local currency.
