Inviting applications for the role of Senior Principal Consultant PMO Central
In this role youll look after programme and project financials.
Responsibilities
Ensures that plans established for projects are maintained / tracked to ensure the programme is managed in a manner that maximises probability of delivery of the project objectives.
Supports the successful delivery of projects through effective facilitation tracking and reporting.
Coordinates and administers the support that is required for the various forums that are required at the Project Level Refinement Forum.
Maintains the Project Management Plan (PMP)
Ensures that the minimum artefacts required by the project are collated and maintained in a common document repository
Assist the PM to best manage the frameworks which will ensure successful planning and delivery aligned to nWOW QPRs and Refinement Forum
Coordinates various teams on Refinement Forum packs.
Administers the submission review and approval process for investment requests submitted to the Refinement Forum (RF). Takes meeting notes for the RF
Works closely with the PM on Refinement Forum packs updates
Work with the Project Manager and Programme Finance teams to effectively manage the financials for the project. Also support for QPR/MPR whenever needed
Manages and tracks all the documentation requirements as per SCB ECM/SDF requirements. Ensures the documents have proper signoff and loaded at appropriate folders in SP PDR.
Prepares and circulates the monthly RF packs
Develops the programme resourcing plan and ensures this is refreshed on a monthly basis.
Coordinates escalates and reports on Project key risks and issues tracks and follows up with responsible parties to update and close them out before Refinement Forum
Assist the PM with managing the delivery of and providing direction within a project working closely with the relevant business leads and stakeholders on a daily basis
Collates and develops templates required by the project and cascades them to all Workstream Leads and Project Managers
Ensures baselined milestones for delivery of the project objectives are tracked to completion. Ensures any revision or new changes to the baselined plan is managed via the Change Review Board.

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
PMO who is exceptionally strong with programme and project financials.
Someone who can understand allocation of hives and squads work being done actuals vs forecast reconciliation timesheet tracking following up and tracking activities etc.
Someone who has a track of onboarding and offboarding engagement monitoring and managing allocation.
Someone who can manage complex projects with tech teams involved and spread across multiple domains.
Someone with strong excel skills and able to manage large data and who can communication and articulate this data.
Someone who can understand Clarity budget processes connect with other stakeholders and understand the working of the projects.
Transaction banking experience is good to have but not must.
Tools EXCEL CLARITY are MUST and ADO is good to have but if the candidate has really good project financials understanding it is okay if he/she doesnt have Clarity experience as well.
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Bachelor degree from a reputable university
Strong experience in banking field with proven track record in leadership role in Project Management of Information Technology projects.
