JOB SUMMARY
The Lead Vascular Sonographer is responsible for overseeing vascular ultrasound operations ensuring highquality imaging services and maintaining compliance with the Intersocietal Accreditation Commission for Vascular Testing (IACVL) accreditation standards. This role involves working closely with vascular surgeons supervising sonography staff and coordinating patient care to enhance diagnostic and treatment outcomes. Reports to Cardiovascular Service Line Manager and DirectorJOB DETAILS AND REQUIREMENTS

Type: Full Time 80 hours per 2 week pay period with benefits)
Typical Hours: Day Shift weekend and on call rotation.
Education:
Associates degree in Science required
Medical Sonographer with specialty in Vascular Ultrasound required
Must maintain 30 CME credits over a threeyear period required
Certification & Licensures:
Current vascular registry by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) or (CCI) required
Current certification by the American Heart Association in Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) required
Experience:
Minimum five 5 years of experience with active scanning in vascular ultrasound required
