A signon bonus is available with this position.Overview:ProMotion Advanced Functional Rehab is now hiring a fulltime or parttime Physical Therapist for an Outpatient Orthopedics focused position in Stayton Oregon.
Physical Therapists at ProMotion Advanced Functional Rehab perform oneonone handson patient care in an outpatient clinic setting. Patients are scheduled for 1hour appointments. The Stayton Oregon clinic offers a large gym space equipped with MEDx FreeMotion Shuttle and Biostep.
There is a dedicated workspace in the clinic for both providers and office staff. Point of service documentation is available (documenting at the time of encounter) along with a dedicated EMR product designed for PT with an exercise electronic suite specific to PT compatible with EMR.
The ideal PT candidate is a team player with a dynamic personality and clinical confidence. Managerial opportunities are available to qualified candidates. Mentorship opportunities are available with the support of PTs with 10 years of experience.
Caseload / Patient Population:The patient population consists of a mixed caseload of all ages and diagnoses primarily focusing on outpatient orthopedics. Some pelvic health caseload may be available if desired by the PT hired.
Work Schedule:- Clinic Hours: Monday Thursday 7 AM 7 PM and Friday 7 AM 5 PM
- Weekends: Not required but available for motivated candidates.
- FullTime Hours: Minimum of 34 hours per week.
- PartTime Availability: Minimum of 16 hours per week.
- Graduation as a Doctor of Physical Therapy (or equivalent standing).
- Eligible for Oregon state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- PTs of all experience levels will be considered. New grad PTs are welcome.
$36.50 to $41.50 per hour plus benefits and profit sharing.

ProMotion has been established since 2005 in Stayton Oregon. It began in a small space of no greater than 800 square feet and transitioned to its current location in the spring of 2009; 601 North 1st Ave Stayton OR 97383. The expanded space is a 3600squarefoot facility with modern technology. The clinic features main street access with six treatment rooms and stateoftheart rehabilitation equipment. The clinic was designed by owners who are actively clinically licensed Physical Therapists. There is also a second clinic location in Silverton with 3 treatment rooms and a functional dynamic gym space.
