Job Description
The ideal candidate is an analytical team player who will be responsible for leading a team of high performing individuals who own the entire product lifecycle from strategy to evaluation. You will also work crossfunctionally to complete product roadmaps and discover new opportunities.
Job Description:
1. Analyse Internal & external aspects to design & implement Marketing Strategies which suites the current Market trend
2. Strategic planning to manage a broad portfolio of existing products through the entire product life cycle.
3. New Product Development according to the market & customer needs
4. Conduct competitive analyses to determine product positioning market segmentation channel mix pricing volume product service/support strategies and identify customers pain points to be addressed in Value Propositions
5. Conduct product planning including:
Developing product definitions and solution plans designed to address customer needs and/or expand market share.
Developing strategy for supporting customer applications in the pharmaceutical industry
Evaluating business opportunities to define and optimize the product portfolio by understanding target markets market trends customer business issues and the competitive environment.
Collaborating with customers and third parties to define requirements for new products or extensions to existing products
Work closely with customers and field teams to validate early product definitions and Value Propositions
6. Support field and sales organizations with sales training customer facing material events and general productrelated requests. Build a close relationship with the field organization through regular phone calls and travel in the different regions.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelors in Pharmacy degree or equivalent 3 years of experience in Product Management Engineering or Consulting
Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies that resulted in measurable growth and brand development.
Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management abilities with a track record of building and motivating highperforming teams.
Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively present and articulate ideas.
Creativity: Innovative mindset with a passion for creating engaging and impactful marketing campaigns.
