Job Description

Are you a dedicated and enthusiastic individual with a passion for training and sales If so we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as an Indoor Training and Sales Officer. In this role you will be at the forefront of our training and sales efforts engaging with our clients to provide exceptional training solutions and contribute to the continued success of our training center.

Responsibilities

  • Client Engagement: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with our clients understanding their training requirements and preferences.
  • Sales Activities: Actively participate in our sales efforts promoting our diverse training services and effectively converting leads into sales.
  • Client Support: Provide outstanding customer support promptly addressing inquiries resolving issues and ensuring overall client satisfaction.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay wellinformed about our training offerings and industry trends to engage clients knowledgeably.
  • Sales Targets: Work diligently to achieve sales targets contributing significantly to the continued growth of our training company
  • Documentation: Maintain meticulous records of client interactions sales activities and training sessions.
