Position Overview

Summary: The CLS Account Manager is responsible for managing client relationships by monitoring daily operations activities and contract specifications to exceed client expectations. This role involves developing referral networks building relationships conducting site walkthroughs creating proposals and pursuing the collection of accounts receivable.

Job Duties

Supervisory Responsibilities:

• Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organizations policies and applicable laws.
• Authority to interview hire and terminate employees and recommendations for the hiring firing advancement promotion or change of status of other employees are given particular weight.
• Customarily oversee plan assign and direct work of two or more employees.
• Appraise performance.
• Reward and discipline employees.
• Address complaints and resolve problems.
• Respond appropriately in emergency situations.

Responsibilities:
Manage and monitor daily operations and assigned book of business to ensure client expectations and contract specifications are met.
Develop and implement strategies to achieve new contracts contract enhancements and renewal sales goals.
Build and maintain a network of referral business through relationships with subcontractors vendors allied trades and other associates.
Monitor actual performance versus budget develop strategies to address deviations and review them with the management team.
Ensure client satisfaction through outstanding service and by understanding and exceeding their expectations.
Identify estimate and propose problemsolving and site enhancement opportunities for clients.
Conduct property walkthroughs with team supervisors to suggest efficiency and quality improvements.
Assist in the recruitment training and development of employees while promoting innovation professionalism and teamwork.
Assign teams and equipment for maximum productivity and monitor equipment maintenance schedules.
Pursue professional development in the horticultural industry and stay current on industry events and trends.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
One to two years of related industry experience and/or training.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer or software programs necessary to complete job duties.
Drivers license.
Ability to acquire applicator licenses as necessary per state requirements.
Ability to complete required safety courses upon hire.
Ability to operate power equipment.
