Summary of the job
Assume a leadership role in selected M&A Divestiture Joint Ventures and Strategic Capital Investment projects directing the efforts of crossfunctional teams (including external subject matter experts) and the negotiations with external stakeholders to reach successful transactional outcomes for the benefit of CAEs shareholders. Lead the integration efforts of transactions successfully closed.
Support a project portfolio of global strategic corporate investments in each of CAEs Business units assuming the leadership within the Finance and Accounting department for the development of business cases specifically but not limited to financial modelling taxation issues treasury matters and accounting treatment. Ensure adherence to corporate governance.
