Job Overview
We are seeking a Junior Consulting Doctor for a fulltime position at Advanced Hair Restoration India Pvt Ltd. The role is based in Salem and Tiruvalla requiring candidates to have a minimum of 1 to 3 years of work experience. The candidate will work closely with our expert team of doctors and hair specialists to deliver excellent patient care and consultation services.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency in patient consultation essential for understanding and addressing patient concerns and needs (Mandatory skill).
- Strong adherence to medical ethics and confidentiality ensuring patient information is handled with the utmost care and privacy (Mandatory skill).
- Ability to operate patient management software efficiently for tracking and managing patient records (Mandatory skill).
- Experience with telemedicine platforms to provide remote consultations and support.
- Skills in diagnosis and treatment planning to provide accurate assessments and solutions for patients.
- Strong clinical decisionmaking abilities to evaluate patient conditions and recommend appropriate medical action.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough consultations with patients to diagnose hair and scalp conditions and recommend suitable treatments.
- Maintain accurate and updated patient records ensuring all treatments and progress are documented properly.
- Collaborate with the medical team to develop and implement effective treatment plans for patients.
- Ensure adherence to high standards of medical ethics and confidentiality during patient interactions.
- Manage chronic conditions by providing continuous care and tailoring treatment strategies per patient requirements.
- Keep uptodate with advancements in hair restoration techniques and integrate them into practice.
- Participate in training and development sessions to improve skills and knowledge in hair restoration treatments.
