Job Summary

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced consultant specializing in Organizational Change Management (OCM) for IT projects with a strong focus on managing the human impact of change. Seeking professionals with proven experience in international projects (outside Brazil) capable of navigating complex environments and driving successful change initiatives across diverse cultures.

Responsibilities:

  • Design develop and implement OCM / MoC strategies for IT projects;
  • Lead communication and training initiatives tailored to diverse stakeholder groups;
  • Develop behavioral training content and materials;
  • Provide coaching and support to executives and leadership teams;
  • Proactively initiate ad hoc communication efforts when needed;
  • Ensure effective communication to foster awareness understanding and engagement around change initiatives.

Key Qualifications:

  • Solid experience in MoC (Management of Change) and IT-related projects;
  • Proven ability to manage the human side of change including stakeholder engagement and impact mitigation;
  • Fluent English ismandatory; Spanish ishighly desirable;
  • Background in gamification and user experience strategies;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Active listening and empathy-driven approach;
  • Collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal and teamwork skills;
  • High level of adaptability and resilience in ambiguous and high-pressure environments;
  • Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis capabilities;
  • Minimum of 2 year of experience in OCM / MoC (Management of Change) and user experience management (preferred);
  • Familiarity with agile frameworks and organizational change processes;
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and advanced Excel.
