Summary

DLA Piper is seeking an International Tax Associate to join the Tax Group. The ideal candidate will have 25 years of experience with international structuring and cross border transactions planning management of complex and large multijurisdictional projects and meaningful client responsibilities. Familiarity with financial statements and models will be a plus. This position is open to our to New York Washington D.C. Chicago Seattle Boston San Francisco Palo Alto Los Angeles and San Diego offices.

Education

  • JD

Bar Admission

  • Licensed to practice in the jurisdiction in which you are applying.

Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of international tax experience.

  • Direct and applicable AmLaw 100 law firm preferred.

Essential Job Expectations

Physical Demands Work Environment and Other Requirements

Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift carry push pull or otherwise move objects including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally and all other sedentary criteria are met.

Pay Transparency

The firms expected hiring range for this position is $235000 $365000per year depending on the candidates geographic market location. The compensation offered for employment will also be dependent on other factors including the candidates experience skills educational and professional background and overall qualifications. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k).
