Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and experiencedEmployee Benefits Senior Account Manager / Senior Client Relationship Executiveto join our team. In this position you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients providing exceptional customer service and cultivating strong relationships to ensure client satisfaction. You will also collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement strategic benefits solutions that meet clients needs.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of clients serving as the primary point of contact and building strong longlasting relationships
- Lead client meetings to discuss benefits strategies renewals and new products
- Develop and present annual strategic plans to clients that align with their business objectives
- Stay abreast of industry trends regulations and compliance to provide valuable insights to clients
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to design and implement effective benefits programs
- Provide guidance and mentoring to junior team members and support their professional development
- Ensure client satisfaction by delivering highquality service and timely resolution of issues
- Monitor client retention rates identify risks and implement effective retention strategies
Qualifications/Requirements
- 5 years of experience in employee benefits account management or client relationship management
- Proven track record of managing a portfolio of clients and driving customer satisfaction
- Strong understanding of employee benefits products regulations and compliance
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners
- Proficiency in industryrelated software and tools
- Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) License
