Job Description
Lexus Carlsbad located in the beautiful Car Country Carlsbad is seeking an enthusiastic and professional Showroom Host to join our team. As the first point of contact for our customers and visitors youll play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and exceptional experience.

Schedule:
The schedule varies that includes every other weekend.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting customers and visitors warmly and determine the nature of their visit.
- Handle reception duties as required. Provide basic information to callers who have general questions.
- Greet customers/visitors and determine the nature of their visit.
- Direct customers to the correct department; notify the appropriate person that a customer/visitor is waiting.
- Assist with random calls
- Keep the reception area clean organized and visually appealing for visitors.
- Follow up and help Sales Consultants in the CRM
- Offer refreshments and ensure customers are comfortable while waiting.
- Direct customers to the appropriate department and promptly notify relevant staff of their arrival.
- Perform administrative tasks.
- Monitor the NextUp station and sales floor traffic.
- Maintain and update Sales License Boards and sales license expiration spreadsheets.
- Ensure showroom floor and adjacent offices comply with NPI (NonPublic Information) standards.
- Provide administrative support to sales management and staff.
Qualifications:
- 23 years of customer service experience.
- A proven commitment to exceptional customer service.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word with strong computer skills.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
