Job Description
Infosys is seeking Microsoft Dynamics CRM Principal Consultant This position will interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation Application Architecture definition and Design; play an important role in creating the high level design artifacts; deliver high quality code deliverables for a module lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation transition and warranty; be part of a learning culture where teamwork and collaboration are encouraged excellence is rewarded and diversity is respected and valued.
Required Qualifications:
Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Richardson TX or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project locations.
Bachelors degree foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
At least 7 years of Relevant Information Technology experience
7 years of experience and understanding/exposure to Dynamics 365 and Power Platform awareness of latest D365 features and releases.
Handson experience on leading multiphase global enterprisewide Dynamics 365 enterprisewide initiatives
Good business process understanding and solutioning skills with proven ability to advise customers on best practices on Dynamics 365 and Power platform
Participate in design and architecture sessions with clients and guide consultants on capturing and documenting project requirements effectively.
Strong client Interfacing and articulation skills on business value delivery acting as a primary liaison and contact accountable to customers to ensure that expectations are properly set met or exceeded

The job may also entail sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Candidates should be able to effectively communicate by telephone email and face to face
