A prestigious and innovative law firm is seeking a Family Lawyer to join their team. This firm is renowned for its clientcentric approach and commitment to providing tailored legal solutions. The successful candidate will work on a wide range of family law matters offering expert advice and representation to clients. Our client is open to receive applications from senior or junior lawyers.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Handle a variety of family law matters including property and childrens issues dispute resolution divorce/separation and financial settlements.
- Conduct regular facetoface and telephone conferences with clients.
- Draft correspondence and negotiate outcomes for clients.
- Prepare legal documents such as Consent Orders Divorce Applications and Recovery Orders.
- Appear in court for mentions hearings conferences and trials.
- Perform legal research and analysis.
- Manage client files and maintain strong client relationships.
- Liaise with Counsel and collaborate with other solicitors for support and guidance.
- Take autonomy over your files while working closely with colleagues.
- Opportunity to work in other practice areas if desired.
- Establish longterm trusting relationships with clients.
