Key job responsibilities
Sourcing Static and AV assets;
Source key art and design product and promotional graphics;
Collaborate across internal teams and stakeholders;
Staying uptodate on content guidelines standards (safe art) for content categorization;
Setting up title folder structures permissions user access;
Handling and resolving final asset search requests;
Ensure design requirements are met in adherence with product/project guidelines. (specs format layered DPI image specs Optimized);
PVUS work / PV Original Series Marketing cross team collaboration.
2 years experience working in related Digital Publishing field working with multiple stakeholders;
Currently studying Graphic Design Advertising Marketing or a related field or an equally strong and relevant portfolio of work;
English written and spoken fluency
2 years working with Adobe Creative Suite tools;
Experience in data asset management libraries or digital collections with ability to research for high quality assets for production.
Digital Asset Management Digital Asset Licensing or relevant professional experience;
Experience with Salesforce;
Experience designing digital assets;
Experience working at or with a creative / advertising agency network streaming service or studio;
Understanding the workflow within a marketing production or creative department or company;
Able to deal with ambiguity;
Demonstrated ability to multitask and selfprioritize;
Strong time management skills and teamoriented with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
