Who We Are Seeking: We are looking for a detailoriented and adaptable individual to join our team! In this role you will provide general administrative and office support to both the Administration and Accounting Departments. Your work will directly contribute to achieving CVTCs mission of helping our citizens and community thrive. While you will have specific tasks assigned this position also requires flexibility and the ability to work autonomously as priorities may shift from day to day. If you are a selfstarter who thrives in a dynamic environment wed love to have you on our team!

Qualifications Education & Experience:
A minimum of 6 months of office and customer service experience
Excellent interpersonal customer service and leadership skills including the ability to work effectively with people from diverse backgrounds establish and maintain cooperative relationships and work successfully as a member of a team.
Strong time management problemsolving and organizational skills with a proven ability to meet sometimes competing deadlines.
Superb verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to function well under pressure in a fastpaced environment.
Proficient typing skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software with the ability to learn new or updated software.
Basic knowledge of office equipment such as Xerox machines shredders and multiline phone systems.

Certificates and Licenses: A valid Alaska Drivers license and the ability to be insured on CVTCs vehicle insurance policy is a requirement of this position.

Hiring Preferences: As allowed in P.L. 93638 preference for employment will be given to Alaska Native and American Indian peoples. CVTC also applies family and local hiring preferences.
