Location: Louisville KY
Job Type: FullTime
Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Pay: $17 to $20 per hour depending on experience (DOE)

Job Summary:
We are currently hiring for a Sales Support & Customer Service Representative. This is a professional fulltime inside sales position designed for individuals who are careeroriented mechanically inclined and passionate about delivering highlevel customer service in a technical or industrial environment. This is not a retail or warehouse position. Were looking for candidates who are motivated to build longterm expertise and grow with the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Customer Support
Provide accurate price quotes for standard custom and retrofit parts
Process customer orders returns warranty requests and payments (POs credit cards)
Follow up on quotes and ensure customer satisfaction
Communicate lead times stock levels and shipping updates
Order & Inventory Management
Verify inventory before confirming orders
Process and track shipments vendor confirmations and partial orders
Assist with physical inventory counts and data accuracy
CrossFunctional Collaboration
Coordinate with engineering purchasing and shipping departments
Support updates for obsolete parts and new product information
Assist with vendor communication and purchasing coordination
Qualifications:
Required:
Strong communication and organizational skills
Attention to detail and effective problemsolving abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Careerfocused mindset with a willingness to learn technical product details
Preferred:
Experience in inside sales account management or technical customer service
Mechanical aptitude or background in machinery components or equipment
Previous experience in manufacturing industrial sales or equipment parts sales
Not Ideal For:
Candidates with only retail or warehouse experience and no technical sales or customer support background.
