We are looking to hire one to two highcalibre individuals at Analyst and/or Associate level to join our Strategy & Corporate Development team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic and highimpact function that plays a critical role in shaping the strategic direction and growth of the business.
Key Responsibilities
Support the development and of strategic initiatives including market assessments commercial due diligence and strategic planning
Conduct financial modelling and valuation analysis to support investment decisions M&A opportunities and business case development
Prepare highquality presentations and reports for senior leadership and key stakeholders
Perform industry and competitor analysis to identify trends risks and opportunities
Collaborate crossfunctionally to support strategic projects and ensure alignment with business objectives
Assist in evaluating and structuring potential partnership or acquisition opportunities
Skills & Experience
Background in strategy consulting (Big 4 or equivalent) investment banking (small to midmarket) or a boutique advisory/consulting firm
Strong proficiency in financial modelling corporate finance and data analysis
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and concisely
Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills
Highly analytical detailoriented and commercially aware
Selfstarter with strong initiative and the ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment
Bachelors degree in Finance Economics Business or a related field; professional qualifications (e.g. ACA CFA MBA) are advantageous but not required
