Job Description

What You Can Expect

As the OT Cybersecurity Senior Analyst at ENGIE North America (ENA) based in Houston Texas you will be part of a team which consists of skilled OT cybersecurity professionals driving efforts to ensure the cybersecurity resilience and regulatory compliance of ENGIEs industrial operational sitesincluding power plants solar farms wind farms and battery energy storage system (BESS) facilities.

You will focus on identifying vulnerabilities and assessing risks to uphold and continuously improve the security posture of industrial control systems (ICS) and operational technology (OT) environments. You will be guided by ENGIE Groups OT Cybersecurity Framework which is implemented across all ENA and Canadian sites. Through regular assessments and audits you will ensure compliance and proactively identify risks leveraging industry best practices and standards such as NIST NERC CIP ISA/IEC 62443 ISO 27001 and ISO 27002.

Reporting to the OT Cybersecurity Manager of ENA your duties will include:

  • Develop and maintain Identify and Access Management (IAM) policies and procedures to ensure secure access to systems and data
  • Implement and manage Privileged Access management (PAM) solutions to control and monitor privileged access to critical systems
  • Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and manage remediation efforts to mitigate risks
  • Lead incident response efforts including investigation containment and recovery from security incidents
  • Develop implement and test disaster recovery plans to ensure the resilience and continuity of OT systems in the event of disruptions
  • Lead and coordinate crisis management efforts including incident response communication and recovery to minimize the impact of cybersecurity incidents on OT operations
  • Performing cybersecurity assessments for evaluating the current posture of sites against relevant frameworks building remediation action plans and followingup on them
  • Ensure proper access controls are in place and regularly reviewed to protect sensitive information
  • Secure Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) systems and networks to prevent disruptions to industrial control systems
  • Utilize Security Event Information Management (SEIM) tools to monitor analyze and respond to security events and incidents

What Youll Bring

  • Bachelors degree in Cybersecurity or a related field; candidates with an Associate degree and six 6 years of relevant cybersecurity experience or a minimum High School Diploma / GED equivalent and eight 8 years of relevant cybersecurity experience will also be considered
  • Minimum of five 5 years of experience in cybersecurity or related field
  • Strong technical foundation and indepth expertise in Operational Technology (OT) environments including comprehensive knowledge of Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) Distributed Control Systems (DCS) and commonly used OT protocols and architectures
  • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles practices and technologies
  • Experience with IAM PAM SEIM and SCADA systems
  • Proficiency in conducting vulnerability assessments and managing incident response
  • Experience applying analytical and problemsolving skills in collaborative team environments with the ability to clearly communicate technical information to diverse stakeholders.

Additional Details

  • This role is eligible for our hybrid work policy; consisting of three 3 days inoffice and two 2 days remote
  • Must be available to travel domestically up to 30 of the time to industrial sites including occasional overnight trips
  • Must possess a valid U.S. drivers license/clean driving record
  • Must be willing and able to comply with all ENGIE ethics and safety policies

Compensation

Salary Range: $99000 $151800 USD annually

This represents the average expected pay range for a qualified candidate.

ENGIE complies with all federal state and local minimum wage laws. Actual salary offered may vary depending on geography experience education internal pay alignment or other bona fide factors.

In addition to base pay this position is eligible for a competitive bonus / incentive plan.
