Summary
We are seeking a temporary (through July 31 2025 dynamic detailoriented professional with experience managing complex international programs facilitating crosscultural training and working with diverse women social entrepreneurs for the position ofU.S. Program Manager. The Program Managers primary focus is leading the U.S. implementation of the WomenLeaders India Fellowship including oversight of virtual programming support for financial and administrative operations and strategic planning and of the Final InPerson Convening in India (June. The Program Manager works closely with teams in the U.S. and India manages trainers and mentors leads SDG project development efforts and plays a key role in program communications and reporting. This role reports directly to the Director Leadership & Social Impact (LSI).

Qualifications:
This position is a temporary fulltime exempt hybrid position based in Washington DC with two days of in person attendance at the Vital Voices Headquarters. If and when it is safe to travel domestic and international travel up to 20 may be for the position.
The starting salary range for this position is $80999 $111400based on experience and ability to have broad impact early. The compensation package includes comprehensive medical dental and vision insurance 401k match and generous PTO including wellness flex days generous parental leave earned sabbatical time and volunteer leave as well as short and longterm disability life insurance HSA EAP and a professional development stipend.
