Job Description

Position Title: Program Manager (Senior)
Location: National Capital Region - Patriots Plaza 2 Washington Metropolitan Area

Education Level: Masters in Project Management Business Administration (MBA) or Engineering Management; PMP certification highly preferred

This position is for a proposal. Current or previous experience working with the FBI is required.
Required Skills and Experience
- Complete project development from inception to deployment
- Providing guidance and directions on multiple tasks across several functional areas
- Understanding program requirements ability to review and evaluate all work performed
- Expertise in management and control of funds and resources
- Providing direction to staff to ensure compliance with management policies and procedures
- Technical management and direction for problem definitions analysis and requirements development for complex systems
- Providing recommendations and advice to executives on system improvements and optimization of business processes
- Minimum 10 years of progressive project-related experience including agile project management
