Join a premier Am Law 100 firm as a Private Equity Associate in Boston MA and take your corporate M&A practice to the next level. This is an opportunity to work with a nationally recognized corporate team handling complex transactions for a broad range of clients including private equity funds financial institutions and multinational enterprises.
About the Role:
- Advise clients on M&A transactions private equity investments joint ventures divestitures and related corporate matters
- Work independently and as part of a collaborative team on highvalue deals
- Engage in a fastpaced practice with direct client interaction
- Opportunity for professional growth with a clear path to partnership
Qualifications:
- 3 years of private equity and M&A transactional experience
- JD or LLM from an ABAaccredited law school
- Admission or eligibility for admission in Massachusetts
- Strong academic credentials and analytical skills
- Excellent written and oral communication abilities
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary range: $260000 $310000
