Due to the successful of our growth strategy within Namos eNlighten Managed Services we are looking to expand our Oracle EPM team. You will work closely with our clients assisting them with issue resolution and enhancements to their Oracle EPM products whilst ensuring they are getting the maximum value from their products and achieving demonstrable return on investment.

Responsibilities
You will work as part of the Managed Services team working alongside other Support Analysts and reporting directly to one of our Support Managers
You will work with a number of our clients in a shared resource model to assist them is resolving issues inline with their agreed SLAs and working on enhancements to their Oracle EPM products
You will be proactive in providing recommendations to our clients to ensure they are getting the maximum value form their Oracle EPM products and achieving demonstrate return on investment
You will excel in delivering client satisfaction measured by CSAT and NPS scores
Provide impact assessments of the SaaSmonthly updates from Oracle
Support our customers with the SaaS monthly update life cycle
Be proactive highlighting trends and performing Problem Management
Keep your skills and knowledge up to date ensuring that you maintain Oracle certifications as part of your personal development.
Requirements
Please note you must be able to pass security clearance for this role (NPPV 3 due to our clients requirements. To gain this level of clearance you must have been a resident living in the UK for the past 3 years
A broad understanding of all EPM cloud products
2 years of handson experience supporting Oracle EPM (cloud or on premise)
Technical handson experience with EPM Planning and Data Management/Data Exchange
Knowledge of Accounting and Finance concepts
Experience of working in a shared resource model where you work on multiple clients in the same day
Experience of managing Oracle Service Requests including Sev1 SRs and the SR escalation process
Troubleshooting problems including functional replication of issues
Proven experience of change control management
Proven experience of release management
It would be lovely if you had the following (if not we can work on these):
Functional knowledge of Close and Consolidation Account Reconciliation and Tax Reporting
Oracle Certifications to support your experience to date
ITIL V4 Certification
